Hands up if you love fruity-water-infusions🙋🏻‍♀️. I can only drink water at room temperature and that also includes certain teas. I just can’t do freezing cold anything, (apart from ice cream) let alone liquids. So I celebrated that today with a collection of infusions that I happily sip on throughout the day, whether it’s summer or winter, I love to spruce up my water with whatever fruit / herbs are at hand. Probably drink a good 2 litres a day, which keeps me hydrated and sane ... well ok, the sane part, that’s questionable 🤪! Hump day rump day 🙌🏻There are few greater joys in this world than a bloody good steak and chips 🥩 throw a load of chimichurri on there and you’ve got yourself two very happy slugs! This dream was from our @victoriaparkmkt faves @saltshed 🔥These fellas absolutely BOSS the #barbecue! They serve up hunks of salt beef short rib which is sous-vide to give it that distinctive tenderness, then followed with that aggressive Argentinian style flame grill. These beauties are glazed repeatedly whilst on the barbie with their honey mustard bbq glaze 🍖 and then most importantly... they let the meat rest have a good old snooze before they plate up, which gives it that gorgeous pull-apart-with-your-fingers softness.
