‼️2010 vs 2017 ‼️. Hard work definitely pays off 👊🏼💪🏽. I have made mistakes in the beginning coz I was on my own . I didn’t hire a coach to guide me with diet and training. My diet was bad and training was whatever. I did the same routine for almost 2 years, didn’t change anything, didn’t get the desired results. The only positive thing was I didn’t give up. I kept on doing what I was doing whether it was right or wrong. I still remember those faces who said you look the same as last year, stop going to the gym. What I’m trying to say is we all make mistakes but as long as we learn from them and keep moving forward , results will come maybe little late but they will. I don’t want you to make same mistakes which I have made in my fitness journey.
