Gooood morning my luvs!! 🤗💗 I have been going through my DM’s lately trying to answer all your guy’s questions. I really try my best to respond to each & every one of you! There are a few questions that I receive on a daily basis & I thought it would be best if I just answered my most popular questions in this post! ☺️👉🏼 1️⃣ How many times a week do you train? I try & workout anywhere from 5-6 days a week. However, I believe it is important to listen to your body & understand when you need to take a rest day. 2️⃣ What does your workout split look like? I train legs 3 times a week (with a focus on glutes) & I train my upper body 2-3 times a week. It’s important to make your upper body hurt as much a priority as your lower body!! 3️⃣ What is your favorite glute exercise? I swear by barbell hip thrusts. Within the last year I started to incorporate them into my routine & I wish I had done it sooner!! They are extremely effective & have been my secret to glute gains. 4️⃣ How often do you take your supplements? I take protein twice a day! Once in the morning with my breakfast & again after my training session. I also take @pescience Prolific & High Volume before each training session to give me energy! 5️⃣ How long have you been working out? I have been lifting weights for 3 years!
