Almost 100% of my poll this morning voted “oh yeah” for me getting my old hang clean max... y’all are too sweet 😉😘 but yes I did get it!! Twice actually because when I tried filming it for a story it ended to quick so I redid it 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 I have gotten 145 once or twice in the past but 135 seemed like enough of a challenge after this workout + haven’t been doing this lift as often 😅 Maybe that’ll be next weeks goal🤟🏻 —— Full workout: • Jump rope warmup 3 mins: 45 seconds of work/15 sec rest • Usual band warmup for activation🍑 • Hang cleans 5x5 ss box jumps • Deadlift 12-10-8-5x5 ss 5 rollouts in between each set • Lunges with plate over head 3x10 • KB sumo squats 3x10 ss 8 pulses w/ feet shoulderwidth • Treadmill sprints: 11 incline @ 11 speed for 10 minutes - 15 sec of work/45 sec rest • 1 min bodyweight wall sit This workout had me walking funny at work 😅 Give it a try!!!

Yesterday I did 2 fun and spicy WODs WOD 1. 10 mins to work up to a heavy 2 rep Power clean! I hit 60 x 2 which was a big PB for me!!! My old 1RM was about 57.5 kgs WOD 2 - EMOM was every 3 mins x 5 rounds - 100m run - 8 x cal air bike - 8 x cal ski erg.
