Potato bondas, another recipe from the first World Food Cafe cookbook, to go with the leftover chana masala from yesterday 🙂 These are a potato mixture with coconut, sesame, garam masala, cilantro, lime and ginger that's dipped in a chick pea-turmeric batter, and fried. I made a green coconut chutney to go with it (also from the book). 😍

✨Gluten Free Cinnamon Roll Muffins✨ Cinnamon rolls in a muffin form? Um, yes please 🙋🏻‍♀️ Before finding out about my gluten allergy, I had a massive love for cinnamon rolls 😍 They were my fav treat for breakfast, & dessert, & as a snack, & you get the picture 🤪 Now, I can happily say that with this batch of muffins, I’m still able to enjoy them! 💛 They are sooo good, my mouth is watering just thinking about them! 🤤
