I don’t run much anymore since it’s catabolic and I’m trying to build muscle... but once in a while I get a hankering to go for a #run 🏃🏻‍♀️strap #ketobaby in the BOB, sunscreen the heck out of both of us and run till I feel like runnin’ no more. 06.21.18 L•I•F•T•S 1️⃣ 5x1 29KG Snatch high pull + low hang high pull + low hang power snatch 🏋🏽‍♀️ still working on getting rid of that “stripper pole” first pull and the bar got a little away from me a few times BUT practice makes ⓅⓇⓄⒼⓇⒺⓈⓈ ...................................................................... 2️⃣ 5x2 42KG Power Cleans 🤔 these didn’t “feel” that great and for some reason when I got to my last rep I just couldn’t figure out for the life of me how to turn it over 🤦🏽‍♀️ ...................................................................... 3️⃣ 3x3 53KG Split Jerks 🦖 if you know me you know these are the name of my existence. I mean I struggle with A͙ L͙O͙T͙ of things [in my lifts], but this one 😓 My dip and drive is still diagonal (been working on that and believe it or not it’s better than what it used to be 🤡). Relaxing my hands before the dip & drive helps a little....let’s face it, I need all the help I can get 🤣 anyway, I was dreading these because 1- I’m not the greatest and they’re not my favorite and 2- they were HEAVY (almost 90%) and I have to rerack after every set 😣 (or ask @acosta863 to clean it for me 🤓) BUT these felt decent and not as bad as I thought they’d be!
