All the chaos the kids have to offer in the morning I find I forget to have breakfast!! Luckily I have pre-made juice well stocked in the fridge! It’s seriously my pour and go meal! I make sure when juicing I have 80/20 ratio vegetables vs fruits. With vegetables I mostly go for the greens, parsley, spinach, kale, zucchini. I only use citrus fruits (oranges,lemon,pineapple ect) this keeps my sugar levels stable. The greens give me lots of fibre, nutrients I need for the day! If your breastfeeding you can dilute the above fruits with some water and see how you go. I think consistency is the key! I make sure I have 2 juices everyday. I prep ahead of time so I don’t resort to other stuff in times of raging hunger ! If you want results and to feel a difference I really suggest making juicing apart of your everyday life & drinking 3L of water!! Chow mein noodles with soy & sriracha sauce 🍝 I can have Noodles for days and not even complain one single bit! Loaded with so much flavour with 7 vegetables you normally wouldn’t have all at once! If you love Spicy Asian food then this recipes for you! Ingredients Chow mein noodles (Asian store from the fridge) Bok choy Onion 2 crushed garlic Broccoli Carrots finely diced Sprouts Red capsicum Button mushrooms 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce 1/2 sweet Chili sauce 1 tablespoon olive oil Method Place all vegetables into a saucepan except onions and garlic add 2 cups boiling water set aside. Place diced onions, garlics and olive oil into a separate saucepan, sauté for 5 minutes than add soy sauce, sweet Chili and mix. Cook until lit boils. Drain water from vegetables and add the sauces & onions. Mix well. Follow instructions for noodles once noodles ready combine all ingredients and stir well. Add sriracha sauce depending on how hot you prefer your noodles. Enjoy !! So I wanted something low cal but satisfying. I found this cauliflower crust pizza @traderjoes and gave it a try... not bad at all...I'm super picky with food textures and I have to say: this one impressed me... I dress it up with #tomato and #oregano #mozzarella (@miyokos_kitchen) #parmesan (@followyourheart ), #olives and #vegan #sausage and just out of the oven, I added #arugula and top it off with a little bit of #oliveoil ... very happy this experiment was successful.
